Help Desk

The purpose of the help desk is to provide technology related advice and assistance to visually impaired people, their families, carers and professionals in the field. You do not have to be registered blind or partially sighted to use the Help Desk Service, but you should have (or represent someone with) a significant visual impairment. As well as advice on available technology, we will try to help you to solve general computer related queries and problems.

You can contact us by telephone on 020 8295 3636 and we will try to help you right away, depending on the availability of a member of staff with the necessary expertise. You should have your computer turned on when you call or be prepared to turn it on so that we can talk you through your query/problem.
